在蜀地边陲，有个小城名叫乐山，那里山水相依，风景如画。城里的百姓们，除了忙于生计，最爱听的就是那些风趣的故事。这不，最近城里来了位新任，名叫黄海波。这位不仅武艺高强，还特别会讲段子，一时间成了城里的热门人物。
话说这黄海波，原本是朝廷的大将，因战功赫赫，被皇上赐封到乐山镇守。这一到任，就闹出了不少笑话。
那天，黄带着一众士兵，巡查城防。走到一处城墙边，只见一位老伯正悠闲地晒太阳。黄见状，笑着走上前去，用四川话问道：“老伯，这城墙晒得舒服吧？”
老伯抬头一看，见是位威风凛凛的，赶忙起身，用四川话回答：“大人，您这是哪里话？这城墙是咱们乐山的守护神，晒晒太阳，也是为了保卫城池嘛！”
黄哈哈一笑，说道：“老伯，您这话说得在理。我听说您这晒太阳的水平，比我还高呢！”
老伯一愣，随即笑道：“大人，您这是夸我呢还是损我呢？我这把老骨头，晒晒太阳也是为了养生嘛！”
黄摇摇头，笑着说：“老伯，您这养生方法独特，我也要向您学习。我听说您晒太阳还有个秘诀，不知道能否传授一二？”
老伯瞪大了眼睛，心想：“这大人怎么突然对我这么感兴趣？”但他还是笑着回答：“大人，您别取笑我了。我这晒太阳的秘诀，就是找个好地方，晒得舒服就行。”
黄点头称是，接着又问道：“那老伯，您这晒太阳，有没有什么讲究？”
老伯想了想，笑着说：“讲究嘛，就是找个阳光充足的地方，晒得背舒服，晒得脸红润。至于时间嘛，是早上和傍晚，这时候的阳光最柔和。”
黄听后，哈哈大笑：“老伯，您这晒太阳的方法，比我行军打仗还讲究啊！”
老伯也跟着笑了起来，说道：“大人，您可别小看了这晒太阳。这可是传统的养生之道，对身体大有裨益。”
